Mo’s latest creation!  River City Ginger Beer brings back memories of a time gone by.  When the sky was bluer and the clouds whiter and the breeze off the river kept you cooler.  Enjoy doggone soda pop the way it used to be!  Make a River City Whisky & Ginger!

Mo tested his secret recipe for years, batch after doggone batch to create this magical, refreshing, Ginger Beer.  Smooth, lightly sweet with dog biscuit amount of ginger and some heat on the end, not summer hot but enough to warm you up on a cold day or cool you from the heat of summer.

My new favorite ginger beer! Great ginger spiciness, without being cloyingly sweet. Awesome!!!

This is easily the best ginger beer I’ve ever had. It’s leaps and bounds above Reed’s, even the extra ginger variety, and even surpasses the smooth spiciness from Bundaberg. It’s got quite a bit of ginger spice, but is not overly cloying in sweetness.

This is an absolutely wonderful ginger beer. Clean taste, perfect heat, nice and fizzy!

Holy moly, that’s gingery ginger beer! The sole 3-star review says that there’s no ginger listed in the ingredients. This is true. So I don’t know what kind of necromancy goes into this brew, but if you’re a fan of ginger, I suggest you try this drink. Amazing ginger spiciness. Just try it once, and see if I’m wrong.

I’ve been on a ginger beer tasting binge lately and have tried 13 so far. (Didn’t realize you guys distribute nearly all of them.) River City is right up there with the best. Very spicy and gingery, nicely balanced, goes great with rum in a Dark and Stormy. It’s not as hot as Blenheim’s hot (what is?) and a bit drier than Cock and Bull, which makes it come off as better balanced than either of those. It’s great stuff.
i would think that craft bartenders would love this stuff given the quality and price.

This is one of the best Ginger Beer beverages I have ever tasted! I used to like Stewarts, but they stopped making it. So I went to a charming country store in Inverness, California that carried a wide selection of Ginger Beers and Ginger Ales and bought them all. I systematically tried each of the drinks and the River City Ginger Beer was far and away the best of the bunch! I hope you will continue to make it. I was very disappointed when Stewarts stopped making theirs. If you do think about discontinuing it, please let me know so I can purchase a large quantity to last for a long time.
